Part-Time Bylaw Enforcement Officer
The Village of Telkwa is seeking a dedicated contractor to undertake part-time Bylaw Enforcement Officer services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Bylaw Enforcement Officer performs a variety of duties related to bylaw compliance and enforcement, including dealing with bylaw enforcement issues, animal control, issuance of tickets, and representing the Village in Court as and when required. This position also liaises with municipal departments and the RCMP to ensure efficient communication and collaboration in dealings with bylaw enforcement.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to undertake this contract with limited supervision, must possess strong written and verbal skills, and excellent time management and organizational skills.

The wage for this contract is $34.50/hr., with a total annual contract price of $14,000.
